Time to Invest in Tampa Bay
This week, we are looking at some of the criteria to consider before investing in a particular market. Specifically, we are going to look at why it is a great time to invest in Tampa Bay.

Previously, we discussed that it is important to invest where people want to live and looked at the population of the Tampa Bay, Florida area. Today we are going to look at migration patterns.
To migrate means to move from one place to another. A look at migration patterns is a look at where people are coming from and where they are going.
On the map to the left, the black lines show us that people moving to Hillsborough County where Tampa is located are coming from the northeastern United States. The red lines show migration away from Hillsborough County. Many people still want to escape the cold for the warm Florida sunshine and beaches.
